Named after SONY founder Akio Morita, the Morita smart rifle from Starship Troopers (1997) is rapidly becoming one of science fiction filmdom’s iconic weapons. The signature: star-flame bursts spewing seemingly limitless ammunition at the hordes of arachnids, laying waste to several planetoids in th... more. -

Although Momoa may not ... more. -

The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus was thirty minutes of solid entertainment crammed into two hours of above average art direction and cinematography. Sadly, Terry Gilliam’s new film never delivers on its promises. Doctor Parnassus is visually appealing; the music is good. Cinematography and performances are solid, but the film’s heart only begins to show itself in the epilogue. From a sto... more.
